Blue Moon Live #3 Non-Meta

Hello everyone, welcome to Blue Moon's 3rd live tournament. This one will be Non-Meta.

Tournament rules:

1. Non-Meta decks ONLY!! See asterisk(*) for list of Meta decks. NOTE: If you are unsure if your deck is legal or not, ask me or KRAJL UNIVERZUMA.
2. NO Exodia, Burn, Troll, Or Stall decks. NOTE: Chain Burn is the only Burn variant allowed.
3. NO Deck changing between matches
4. TCG banlist will be enforced.
5. Link monsters are allowed.
6. NO OCG cards.
7. Do NOT be rude to your opponent.
8. Cheating, sharking, trolling. disrespecting, and/or lying to staff will result in a DQ. Further action will be taken if necessary.
9. 40 minute time limit for each round. Once time limit is reached and you are not done with your match, 3 turn countdown will occur.**  See *** for more info. Because of this rule, you MAY NOT start the next round until I say to.
10. All duels are 2 out of 3 matches.
11. Pm Me, KRAJL UNIVERZUMA,  Waka, Shattered Sky, Tote, or espa roba5 if you need a judge in your duel. NOTE: If you the judge you PM is competing, PM a non-competing judge instead.

* Meta Decks (NOTE: These decks are NOT allowed to be used in this tournament.): Any True Draco/King variant, Any Invoked variant, Any Pendulum Magician variant, ABC, Trickstar, SPYRAL, and Grass decks of any kind.

** 3 turn countdown is an end of the match procedure where the turn player is turn 0, next player is turn 1 , and so on until turn 3 is reached. The player with the most LP at the end of 3 turn countdown is the winner.
*** If there is no winner by the time the 1st 3 turn countdown ends, another 3 turn countdown will occur (see above for how it ends). If there is no winner by the end of the second 3 turn countdown, then the duel goes into sudden death (1st life point change ends the duel. Ex: Opponent takes battle damage).
