Blue Moon Live #2 Meta

Hello everyone, welcome to Blue Moon's 2nd live tournament. .

Tournament Rules:
1. All decks allowed EXCEPT Exodia, Burn,, Stall, and/or Troll decks
2. NO Deck changing between matches
3. TCG banlist will be enforced.
4. Link monsters are allowed.
5. NO OCG cards.
6. Do NOT be rude to your opponent.
7. Cheating, sharking, trolling. disrespecting, and/or lying to staff will result in a DQ. Further action will be taken if necessary.
8. 40 minute time limit for each round. Once time limit is reached and you are not done with your match, 3 turn countdown will occur.* See ** for more info. Because of this rule, you MAY NOT start the next round until I say to.
9. All duels are 2 out of 3 matches.
10. Pm Me, KRAJL UNIVERZUMA, Tote, or espa roba5 if you need a judge in your duel.

* 3 turn countdown is an end of the match procedure where the turn player is turn 0, next player is turn 1 , and so on until turn 3 is reached. The player with the most LP at the end of 3 turn countdown is the winner.
** If there is no winner by the time the 1st 3 turn countdown ends, another 3 turn countdown will occur (see above for how it ends). If there is no winner by the end of the second 3 turn countdown, then the duel goes into sudden death (1st life point change ends the duel. Ex: Opponent takes battle damage).
